A squeeze page is a single web page that has only one purpose such as collecting the visitors email address for follow-up marketing. A squeeze page will generally have no exits – the visitor can do either of two things – optin with their email address or leave.

A landing page is any page on a website where traffic is sent specifically to prompt a certain action or result.

Properly designed landing pages will convert better than a normal page. Landing pages are often used with advertising where the advertisement will direct the reader directly to a page that is specifically designed to make the sale or collect the email address.
